The Pitt County Local Interagency Coordinating Council (LICC) is a dedicated group of professionals who work with children with special needs and their families in Pitt County. We share information and advocate for children with special needs through meetings, outreach and services. We encourage parents to become involved by joining Pitt LICC. We host bi-monthly meetings at ChildLinks in Greenville, for more information contact Lynne Carter at 252-902-2353.

The Early Intervention (EI) System offers services
for young children birth to five years of age
who have physical or developmental delays.
Pitt County LICC believes that parent input is
essential as we share information,
offer events and activities, and advocate
for children with special needs.
